Syarizan Md. Isa - Managing Director
Syarizan brings a dynamic sense of entrepreneurship to the potent mix that is Aquila Emas. A young go-getter from the moment he realized the path he is destined to take world take him places, he is also actively involved in youth and socio-humanity movements, which has contributed to an impressive circle of influential friends and clients.

Syarizan cut his teeth early on honing his skills in salesmanship and within 5 years has become as executive director. Syarizan manages the day-to-day operations of Aquila Emas, and is the rock that sits at the office anchoring all the creative and energetic elements to obtain results that matter.

Azlan Ahmad - Talent Manager
Take the lead role in the talent marketing and management division. He facilitates our strategic partners and clients’ need by providing a pool of quality, talented, versatile and world class talents for their business and entertainment needs. His experience and extensive contact ensure that any role is properly cast, any shoot is sufficiently flashy and any event excitingly glamorous. Azlan is the nucleus between our talents and the clients.

Mohd Shahredza Razman - Creative Development & Communications Executive
He obtained Master in Art & Design (Visual Communications & New Media) in 2011 & Bachelor Degree in Communications and Media Studies in 2008 , majoring in Broadcasting from UiTM Shah Alam. He has served with Unit Drama TV RTM in 2007 and he is the founder of RINTeK Awards (a short-film competition organized by Faculty of Communications and Media Studies UiTM). He has several years experiences in copywriting and television programme translation. His responsibility as a creative development and communications executive includes conceptualize and development of creative contents, copywriting for social media and handle full suite of media relations.

Lorraine Soo - Administration Executive
Lorraine holds a degree in Business Administration (Major in Human Resources) which she obtained from University of Wales, UK. Lorraine has had 6 years experience in administrative management working in various industries such as manufacturing, publishing, engineering and computer business. Lorraine is a very effective coordinator and is highly disciplined.
